The Rockingham County CTP project was started in 2008.  Much work and coordinated meetings with local municipalities and the Piedmont Triad RPO were conducted to determine future transportation needs for Rockingham County.  The plan was adopted in 2010.  The CTP document can be downloaded here:  http://www.ncdot.gov/doh/preconstruct/tpb/planning/RockinghamCTP.html.
