RPO Bike Study

The Piedmont Triad RPO is a voluntary transportation planning organization composed of five rural counties in central NC:  Davidson, Randolph, Montgomery, Rockingham, and Caswell.  In late 2004, the RPO initiated a regional bicycle study to develop and analyze existing and potential bicycle routes in the 5 designated counties.  Much of the data collection and route work was performed by volunteers located in each county.
