PTCOG Staffer honored with prestigious NC School of Government Award.

PTCOG honored as Health Care Hero for the Piedmont Triad

The Business Journal of the Triad recently named the PTCOG as a Health Care Hero of the Triad for 2009. The PTCOG was honored in the Small Employer Category based on company yoga and walking programs, flex time, ergonomic workstations, bike-to-work initiatives, alternative fuel fleet vehicles, and various other working conditions designed to promote the well-being of employees and the region.

PTCOG honored as bicycle friendly business

The League of American Bicyclists recently named the PTCOG as one of 34 Bicycle Friendly Businesses across the US. The BGB program recognizes socially responsible businesses that promote healthy, happy, and green workplaces and provides a road map to become even more bicycle-friendly in the years to come.
