Training Programs - employee and supervisor training including supervisory communication, progressive steps of discipline, staff coaching and development, managing policies on leave, employee relations, compensation and benefits communication, and employee ethics and conduct. Criminal Justice Planning and Group Facilitation – Facilitation and assistance in program planning and grantsmanship. Management and Financial Analysis – Accounting and fiscal management system design, special management studies including organizational and department effectiveness studies, capital improvement planning, and conducting and analyzing the competitive bid process. Regional Drug Testing Program – Program administration, training and record keeping available to member governments to meet compliance with the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act (OTETA). |
