Management Services
The Piedmont Triad Council of Governments provides management services and technical assistance in a variety of areas. These services often augment member governments’ staff and provide a valuable extension of resources. The Piedmont Triad Council of Governments’ management services staff brings the professionalism, external objectivity and clarity to the often-complex problems of public administration. Consultation and research services are provided to local governments through membership in the Council of Governments and if a member government desires a commitment of resources for an extended period of time contracting for those services can be arranged.
