The Piedmont Triad Council of Governments (PTCOG) is a voluntary association of municipal and county governments, enabled by state law to promote regional issues and cooperation among members. The PTCOG serves 45 member governments in the following seven counties: Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph and Rockingham.
